Gooseberry chutney
Ingredient
gooseberry (amla) : 500 gm
jaggery/ grinded sugar: 350 gm
cinnamon powder : 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder : 1/2 tsp
rock salt / black salt : 1/2 tsp
black pepper : 1/4 tsp
magaz giri : 1 tsp
Procedure :
Wash all goose berry and wipe all properly. don't leave any drop of water. Now microwave them for 3 mins on 50% power with covering lid. when cooled then take out seed and grate them. fill in the bowl and take the same measurement for sugar. a little bit more can be taken. now. now keep on low flame till all mixture turns into a liquid consistency. If it is more liquid then cook on low flame by adding all dry spices for next 5 mins. All should be mixed well and can be easily taken from spoon and spread.
For sandwich
whole wheat bread : 4 pieces

Put griddle in low flame. spread butter on one slice and on other slice chutney and join then and keep on hot griddle when roasted from one side then roast other side also and serve hot..
